LIHEAP, the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, offers grants to help customers pay their heating bills. Grants are applied directly to your bill and do not need to be paid back.

If your household meets these income guidelines, you’re eligible to apply for LIHEAP.

Last winter, LIHEAP helped PPL Electric customers with grants totaling more than $17 million. We want all eligible customers to apply for this support toward their heating bills.
