If one of your 2024 goals is to make managing your bills easier —we've got you covered. With an online profile at pplelectric.com, you can access these 3 easy ways to pay your electric bill and more. Don’t have an online profile? Don't worry. You can set one up in a few simple steps and take advantage of these free payment options in no time.
- Enroll on AutoPay with a checking or savings account and your payment will be automatically withdrawn on your due date.
- Save your bank account info and make a one-time payment on the date of your choice. You can even schedule a future payment, as long as it’s before your due date.
- Once your bank account info is saved, you can also send a quick text to pay. Text “Pay” to TXTPPL (898775), and we’ll process your payment immediately.

Address update
You may notice a change in the address on your bill stub this month. But don’t be concerned. Although we’re processing your check payments at a new address, we’ll process them just as timely as before. If you make your payments over the phone with a checking account, debit or credit card, or on our website, you don’t have to take any action.
If you’re enrolled on AutoPay, the same goes for you. However, if you use bill pay through your financial institution, please give your bank our new payment address below, so there’s no delay in receiving future payments.
