A checklist is attached, that inspectors could use to document information while performing an inspection. This checklist would primarily be used by inspectors that want to write down the details and enter them online once they're back at the office or at home instead of doing so via a mobile device while on site.
This form matches the information we request for each inspection online. So it offers a nice way to capture the information and easily transfer it into Contractor Services later. (C)
PPL EU accepts signed cut-in cards from an inspector with the understanding that the inspector is responsibly enforcing the standards of the Uniform Construction Code, NEC, REMSI and any other applicable code.
